When’s the right time

So this month I started getting really bad stomach pains and thought my period was starting because it was 18 days late or maybe I had a stomach virus . I avoided going to the hospital because my insurance expired,well one night the pain got so bad that I started feeling nauseous and couldn’t take it anymore so I went to the er. As I was telling the nurse what was bothering me he said “it might be a uti” they gave me a cup to pee in and another nurse came to get it and asked if it was a possibility of me being pregnant I said yes (not thinking I would be) and she looked at the test and told me it was positive and I was 4-5 weeks pregnant. I immediately told my sister and mother and was thinking of telling the rest of my family next month on Easter but I was just wondering if it was to soon
