Please help. Currently pregnant

Can too much b6 and unisom affect the baby? I’ve been taking this concoction since my first trimester I’m now 15 weeks: 16 weeks on Saturday. On my prescription for diclegis my insurance couldn’t cover it, apparently I was suppose to take only 10mg of the unisom sleep tabs but I’ve been taking 25 mg and I’ve been taking 100 mg of the B6, apparently that’s suppose to be 10 mg too. Now I’m soooo scared and so worried that I may have affected or harmed my baby anyone else took this dosage while pregnant and baby was healthy?
