Period on implant weirdness

So I’ve had the implant on my arm for almost 3 months now, and i know it takes time for the body to get used to it but my last few period with it were normal (actually a lot better: bot heavy at all, mild cramps and short) but this time I spotted for a day before getting my period then only had my period for 2 days and i’ve been spotting for like a week and a half. Anyone know whats going on and if I should be concerned
