Silent reflux?

What does a baby with silent reflux look like? I’m trying to figure out if my little one is suffering from this. Can it get worse through out the day?

Every last night feeding she is extremely fussy, won’t lay still just kicking her legs and arms. She cries when she latches but wants to drink but cannot because she’s crying.

During the day she also does this but not the whole feed long, just for the first 5 minutes.

She’s been spitting up a lot, she never used to but now it’s all day long. Not just after a feed and burp.

It’s again especially bad at night when she lays down, she usually spits up 2-3 times before she falls asleep in her crib.
