38weeks-SUPER painful bowl movements😩

So I got my cervix checked early today; found out I’m slightly dilated and that I’m really thinned out. She said baby’s head was super low and she could pretty much feel it. Had heavy discharge throughout the rest of day. At around 11:30pm I woke up out of mid sleep feeling super uncomfortable with cramping that progressed and I felt the urge to take a #2. I’m sitting on the toilet for 10 minutes in excruciating pain thinking I’m constipated then all of a sudden I push out what felt like 10 pounds of diarrhea. I could tell I still needed to go but my body wouldn’t physically push the rest out so I try and go back to bed. An hour later the pain starts again except this time I almost instantly leak out diarrhea with a water consistency. Again it felt like I still had a big poop to withdrawal but I couldn’t push it out so here I am in bed again typing this waiting for the next bowel movement. I’m absolutely miserable. FTM here and this just doesn’t feel normal. My first time ever experiencing this. Could it be a sign of labor? Has anyone ever experienced this? I know it’s a little gross but pleaseee help. 😩😭
