Uterus Didelphys

I find it so hard to find other women who have the same condition as me although apparently 1 in 3000 have it 😩 I knew I had 2 uterus’ at the start of my pregnancy but I recently found out that I also have 2 cervix’s/Septum (2 vaginas). I am now 33 weeks pregnant and the consultant wants me to go through with a natural birth. She said that there is a chance that my septum could tear resulting in heavy bleeding and I would need to go to theatre. I can’t find anything at all online about anyone else’s stories so I’m just scared of the unknown!
