Whats the best over the counter stuff to help you get pregnant quick?

That doesn't exist. All I can say is healthy lifestyle, a prenatal vitamin with extra folic acid, ovulation tests, and zero stress.

If they made an OTC speedy preggo kit. Some of us ladies would have been pregnant ages ago. Lol

 pre seed gell

ovulation kits obviously 
Fertile aid products but read the info cuz only if your having ovulation issues etc (otherwise it can cause ovulation issues)
A healthy lifestyle 
Avoid too much soy products 
Avoid low fat dairy 
Excersize is great in helping with ovulation etc. 
not smoking
Not drinking 
Not using drugs 
Check any prescription medications your on 
Some can cause prolactin to raise in women interfering with becoming pregnant (anti depressants etc)
Have sex every two days lol or every other day but don't go nuts and have it multiple times daily that will decrease your chances 
Try to Orgasm while having sex Becuz the contractions are meant to pull the Sperm towards your eggs

Hubby:
Don't drink
Don't smoke 
Don't use drugs 
Check any prescription drugs for interferance with performance and Sperm health (some anti depressants)
Get in shape!

Avoid too much caffeine too 
Try fertile aid sperm health supplements

Just try to lead a healthy life style. And obviously invest in ovulation predictor kits! That's your best bet best advice take your temp daily from the last day of your menstrual period along with opks that way you'll get an idea of when  to have sex. Ps don't buy the junky cheap ones they never worked for me! First response is very accurate.

Also after sex lay for 15 minutes with feet somewhat elevated.

Of course it may not work n then you should keep trying for 6-12 months of no luck seek help from a Gyno good luck!!
