What to dooo🤔

AF is now 4 days late . I tested Friday which was the day of my missed period and it was a bfn . I haven’t tested since . Around 7 dpo I started cramping and cramped for about 5-7 days. I’ve been extra wet down there and the cm is white and watery . There’s no signs of AF ..so my question is .. has anyone gotten a bfp after the missed period? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

EDIT: my cervix are still pretty high and they’re kinda firm but kinda feel soft as well.
