Sore boobs

I usually have sore breasts a few days on the week before my period, but the last three months I’ve had the most incredibly painful soreness and swelling in my titties 3 weeks out of the month. It’s a full sore the first week, but by the second or third week, I can’t even wear a bra without feeling uncomfortable (well at least more uncomfortable than a bra already is hahahaha) has this ever happened to anyone else randomly? Idk what’s going on. I feel like my hormones are ducked up, but I literally don’t have insurance right now so I’m kinda screwed. Lol.

Side note: I’ve had great skin my entire life and the last two months I’ve had the worst breakouts I’ve ever had. I’m 27, so I feel waaay to old to be breaking out this bad hahaha. Help me I feel like a teenager but 1939x worse
