Being on the lease but stay at home mom?

So my question is, do I have to go on the lease if I am a stay at home mom? I am 36 weeks pregnant and do not plan on going back to work for a while. My boyfriend makes way above the needed amount to rent a house. I obviously have no income or good credit at that(due to an eviction because of a crazy roomate). How does that work? I personally have a dog(out of most breed restrictions. Hes a pitbull, but I have dr notes for him being an ESA). I'm just not sure how that works... thanks.b😊

Being on a lease somewhere had absolutely nothing to do with whether or not you work or how much you make.
If you don't want to risk getting evicted then you need to be on the lease. Letting someone not on the lease live with you is grounds for eviction with many landlords.

If you’re living there you should be on the lease. 
Depending on your location, landlords can sometimes restrict breeds of ESAs because they are not service animals covered by the ADA. Dr note will likely help.

I’ve been a stay at home on and off for four years and have been in 4 different houses lol, on the lease for all of them. One of them, I even applied for by myself when he was coming back from deployment and was the main person in the lease and I wasn’t working, I just put my husband’s income and the proof of. You have to make note of everyone over 18 living in the household in my experience so I would say yes, you’ll go on the lease too but you working or not doesn’t really matter as long as you have the finances to cover rent each month.

You have to be on the lease. But it shouldn’t affect anything if your boyfriend makes enough to cover the rent. Plus you wanna protect yourself legally.
