How did you decide?

How did you decide when to have your wedding? It's so hard for us to pick.. I'm thinking the month of August. That's when we first started dating and our rainbow baby is going to be born in August💙 but how did you pick the date?

We just knew we wanted summer. Ended up choosing the end of June

We decided on July as we have so many celebrations close together at the start & end of the year (christmas/New Years in dec & our birthdays are Jan & March) but nothing in between so we thought it’d be nice to have it then! That way we will still have our anniversary to look forward to once all other celebrations are over lol

We had a certain theme in mind that would have worked better in spring, and then we also wanted it away from everyone else's birthdays and anniversaries and all that.
My cousin's decided to get married on the exact same day a year later though so no one remembers my anniversary though. 🙄

I said... not winter too cold. Not summer too hit. Spring was too soon so autumn 🍂 won. Then to narrow down the dates it depended on the dates available at the location we wanted.

I’m a teacher so it’s almost impossible to have a wedding at any time other than the summer. We met and got engaged in July, so we went with a July wedding too!
