Period again or what?

I started spotting yesterday. Thought it came from rough sex. Was having sex with my SO this morning and he pulls out and hes completely covered in blood dark. Ive been feeling cramps and sore nipples for a week now. I literally had my period a week and a half ago and it lasted 7 days. Now im bleeding heavy again. No way it can be my period or what is it. Just confused and really hoping it'll stop soon i dont want it again. I have extremely heavy periods and horrible cramping not looking forward to it this weekend at all. Fu*kin perfect!!! 😭😭
