Okay so long story short I’ve had a huge crush on this guy since like 6th grade. ( I’m in 9th now) and we’ve liked each other openly for most of the time between then and now, but around September 1 last year we started dating. It was really great for a while but I felt like I was having to work super hard to keep our conversations going. Also I was very awkward and didn’t know what to do or say to him in person most of the time. Well it got to the point where he hadn’t talked to me for two weeks. So I planned on breaking up with him but of course he ended up dumping me 15 minutes before I was planning to dump him. So fast forward through my emotional rollercoaster filled with us practically avoiding each other. Three guys started to like me and told me and everything but I turned them down politely. The guy and I had started to talk to each other and become friends again (finally). So we had texted back and forth like 3 maybe four times. This other guy messages me telling me he wants to date me and all that. So I text my friend asking how I should turn him down, but I accidentally sent it to t h e guy. He’s pretty cool about it and all (see screen shots of texts below) So then he starts being at least what I see as a but flirty with me afterward in class. My friends say he’s terrible and a jerk and everything but I love him and idek why but no matter how hard I try to get over him I can’t. Should I try to pursue him again or just keep on trying to get over him? Also we’ve recently texted each other a decently long conversation that wasn’t forced or awkw
