Thick brown discharge

I had my period two weeks ago and this week i started taking antibiotics for bacterial vaginitis. Today after cleaning myself i had A LOT of light brown discharge. It was like in bulks and thick and gross. This has never happened to me so I’m kinda worried. If anyone has an explanation or has happened to before please let me know ☹️ i have school and work full time this week and can’t afford to take off any time soon
