Time to lose weight

Hi ladies.

I’m doing this anonymous because I’m a little embarrassed. I had my son in February 2018.. and since then I’ve gained weight. I applied for life insurance and got the tests back and my triglycerides is way higher than it should be... I looked it up and it’s basically from not working out or being over weight. I weigh 175 and I’m 5”5. I’m looking for ways to lose weight by diet etc ? And any work outs to lose boob weight. I think that’s where I gained the most :(. I’m a stay at home mom and always with my son so I don’t have any time for myself to go to gym. It would have to be at home workouts or just eating healthy. So if you have any tips please send them over. Thanks so much..
