Who gets up with the baby at night?

I do since i don't work. I stay home with the babies so i have no oroblem getting up at night because he actually works hard and well i dont lol

I got up the first 7 months-bc I was nursing - I remember looking over at my snoring partner and being upset with him and his useless nipples lol but after my milk dried ( from this pregnancy) and she started sleeping through the night - my partner will get up, on the nights he’s home. He works swing shifts, so on his 2 weeks of 3rds I’m home alone a lot.

These polls always make me feel so bad for you ladies. It's not my job to be the sole caregiver of our daughter. My husband and I have always parented together as every couple should. It doesn't matter who works more hours, how you feed your child, who's home all day, etc. Parenting is a joint effort and it's inexcusable to me to see so many women thinking it's solely their job. If our daughter is up, my husband and I both are as well.

I personally said mom. BUT through the weekend, dad helps. I don’t expect dad to work all day and be up at night too, but on weekend when he isn’t working he helps. Well both do it once I go back to work as well.

When I was on leave, I did.
When i went back to work he did nights once he got home from work. I worked in the mornings and he did nights

I do.  But when our twins were newborns my husband traded times with me so we each hit a good chinch of sleep.  I’d do the first feeding and he’d do the second while he was on paternity leave.  Once they started sleeping better and he was back at work I do all the nights again.  He also takes care of our toddler if she gets up at night.

My husband can’t/will not wake up if any of our kids are crying at night. So it’s on me to do it also he’s not allowed to be left alone with them anymore cause the other day I took my oldest shopping with me since our youngest was napping, came home to him passed out in the living room and our 10 month old screaming her lungs out in our dining room (for how long she was cry I have no idea but she was sweating and red in the face and I was pissed as hell)

I do.  But my husband works over night so I’m the only one home.  When he off he has gotten up with the little one. But now my son sleeps all night so if he does wake I get him.
