Need Opinions From mom of two already

So my daughter has been complaining of stomach aches. No vomiting no fever no diarrhea. Just every hour or so she says her stomach hurts bad then really bad and then it seems to stop 🤷🏽‍♀️. So she ate some waffles I made this morning and we snacked up until 4 cause we went to dinner with my family. She didn’t eat and I didn’t expect her to cause she is a picky eater and we when to an hibachi place. So sitting there she said her stomach was hurting again. So my mom said take her to after hours. So i did and the doctor basically told me that there was nothing wrong with her that she wants my attention cause she knows I’m pregnant and just goes on and on. While I’m looking at him like really!?!? Because he didn’t a test with his hand on her stomach tapping each finger in a different area on her stomach and some of the taps on the fingers was yes for pain and no for pain and then the yes areas became a no for pain. That’s when he said what he said to me about nothing being wrong with her. My question to the already second mom is did your first born go through fazes like this? For attention because of the new baby coming?? My mom, sister, and her dad agrees with the doctor. I don’t!
