Could I be pregnant and will the baby be okay?

My period was a week late and only last two days, I had very light spotting a couple days ago and I woke up this morning bleeding, I still took a pregnancy test and it showed a visible faint line. 
I'm very concerned because I miscarried last year on march 1st due to rh incompatability please help!!

I started bleeding early at what would have been about 5 weeks and they had me come in early to get the Rhogam shot, so you may need it if you started bleeding early. Haven’t had anymore bleeding since then but have to get another during second trimester at 28 weeks.

I’d call up the doctor ASAP or maybe the ER idk if they can be any help but if you had this issue with your last pregnancy could very well be an issue this time and you need that shot.

If the line is there then you need to call your dr asap to be seen. You need a shot if baby’s blood isn’t compatible
