Frustrated

So me and my partner have been trying for 9 months now ...

Ive recently started taking folic acid zink my breast have been vary tender swollen and showing veins that been getting dark going to my areolas .. I've had light head aches back pain dizziness ... but my cervix is low soft and closed its odd .... AF is supposed to come in 5 days so I took first responce pregnancy test and it was a bfn :( ..... vary frustrated do any of you laddys have suggestions ? Or thoughts please help
