wtf neighbors

my house is surrounded by a few two family apartments. and then a larger apartment. we have an alley way and our bedroom is in the back.

I have witnessed my neighbor passed out from most likely heroin (we have a. extremely bad problem here)

last night I'm a wreck because I just had surgery and in A TON OF PAIN.

she gets home at 1 am and is bitching loudly with her friend who is dropping her off so clear I can here it. then this morning I can hear her and her BF yelling at each other before she storms off.

they always give me dirty looks because I'll yell at my window or I agreed with another neighbor and he yelled at them.

this summer I want to take my 1 year old son outside to play and I've had it if they start shit will I'm outside I'm calling the police.

I saw them throwing their cigarettes in the alley where we play and I'm going g to collect them all and pretty damn tempted to throw them all over their car. 😤
