Allergies?

Okay mamas. My due date is April 30th but I may be induced early pending some testing for preeclampsia. I currently have allergies SO BAD. My nose is always stuffy and I think it’s starting to cause a sinus infection. I’m worried when it comes to labor I won’t be able to use any breathing techniques because I can’t breathe! Any suggestions on things that might help?

I use my neti pot with 2 of the salt packets for allergies and it helps a lot!

There are allergy medications that are safe to take. I also think the Neti pot with the solution packets is a great idea. I used it when I had a cold and it made things so much better. It was also recommended by my allergist for when my allergies are bad.

I’m due the same day! Lol.
This will sound crazy but I get my husband to use the nose Frida on me and it helps a lot. I blow my nose frequently, take warm showers for the steam.
