Conflicted

I have two paths...

I love my ex, so deeply and he broke it off with me and now what's me back.

I'm unsure if I want to commit to someone who so easily could be so cruel. He is always up and down and I know he's having alot of mental health issues.

I also have so much love for myself and strength at the moment for getting through such a difficult time in my life, I find that if I start seeing my ex again I'll slowly lose what I found.

It's been a roller coaster through it all. And I feel now, he's trying so hard and so desperately to win me back I don't know what to do.
