Abuse or Disrespect

Right now I'm not sure what's going on with my husband and I, every other week we get in a huge fight, either he tells me he doesn't trust me or brings up the fact that he's with a bunch of girls (we aren't stationed together so we are 3,000 miles away) and we fight and tell each other to fuck off, later on we make up, he sends me a bunch of things (necklaces, wife water bottles, candles, clothes, pretty much anything I want.) then we go back to normal for two weeks and then the cycle starts over again, I'm not really sure what to do anymore and I really need advice.
