SO has alcohol and PTSD issues

What to do if the guy you love has alcoholism? Mines been to AA, doesn't have health insurance, can't hold a job, has been to jail. He was a combat vet and deals with his PTSD. I love him and won't give up. But he's changing. He even looks different. He's really red, dehydrated, and cranky a lot. 😧 how can you tell someone you're worried without making them mad?
