Low morphology - 2% - help?

Question

Hi all - some insight would amazing here - got the S/A back for my husband. His count is 142.5 million, normal viscosity, 57% motility, but morphology was 2% normal... I'm concerned. 
Does anyone have experience here with everything looking pretty good except that?
All my tests came back good. Had the hycosy ultra sound too - all good. Tubes open and levels on point. 
Anything we can do to help the morph?

My hubby had 0% morphology, and made lifestyle changes such as quitting smoking, no soda, no caffeine, eating clean. He also started taking supplements to improve sperm health including CoQ10, fish oil, men's daily, pumpkin seeds (sperm love zinc!) and other wacky vitamins my fertility acupuncturist recommended ;) After months he re-tested and was only at ONE PERCENT morphology which was frustrating to say the least! (Normal count and normal motility.) Regardless we ended up conceiving naturally!!! We have a perfect 2 year old, had one miscarriage at 8 weeks, and are currently 19 weeks pregnant again. Conceiving with super low morphology is totally possible! Baby dust to you :) P.S. we used preseed lubricant too - love that stuff 👌

My husband also has morphology with only 1% being normal. We now have a 13 month old we conceived via IVF but also recently found out we got pregnant naturally! Currently 6 weeks. Anything is possible! 💛💛💛

Yes morphology is very difficult to increase my dh was on all different kinds of vitamins and it always stayed between 0-2 percent the count increased or went lower but Morp is a bitch to increase we went to ivf n r finally pregnant.

Sounds just like my husband’s scores. There higher the count the more it should offset the morph - key word there is should hahaha. Vitamins are the name of the game. Strong multi, ashwaganda, lycopene, COQ10, vitamin C and E. My husband does that and started taking a cordicep mushroom powder and just had an 8%. He bounces around so much that I almost don’t care about scores now. No matter what he has been we never get pregnant. Hang in there - try improving his diet and vitamin intake and see if it helps. No smoking, hot saunas/tubs or right boxers or briefs either. Hope that helps!

An update - we're pregnant! Currently 4 weeks! Took a round of 2.5 mg Letrezole and boom!

My husband has been consistently at 2% morphology for years (multiple SA). He is a very healthy guy with a healthy lifestyle so the Doctor suggested we add CoQ10 and Vitamin D to his daily life. He also suggested we take him to a urologist to see if there is a physical reason why his morphology is low. We didnt pursue getting another SA or seeing a urologist because we had a successful IUI after he had been on the supplements for a couple months. He will likely see a urologist later on to make sure he doesnt have a blockage causing the morphology issue. The best things he can do along with supplements and vitamins is to eat healthy, try not to sit for extended periods of time, no hot tubs, baths or long bike rides, cut out smoking and excessive drinking, and avoid tight boxers/briefs and pants.
