Carrying very low/shortened cervix

Hi mamas. I am 18 weeks pregnant with my fourth baby. I realized that I am carrying extremely low with this baby, to the point I swear I can feel baby pushing down when I wipe after going to the bathroom even! I had a shortened cervix and placenta previa with my third baby, they cleared up before birth and he was born on his due date. But I am concerned with this baby because I have already been to the hospital for what turned out to be a subchrionic hemorrhage. I go for the anatomy scan in a couple weeks and I will be asking them to measure cervical length, but wondering if any other mamas could feel them so low like I do? Super weird when I’m wiping and feel like I’m almost able to touch her! Also very uncomfortable as she is sitting on everything low, so I’m constipated and have horrible back/hip pain. Waddling already! I guess I’m just looking for someone to commiserate with
