Super dumb question

So this has nothing to do with babies but everything to do with being a mom (I guess). I have 5 kiddos my youngest are 5 months (3 months adjusted they were born at 34 weeks) my husband booked me for my very first spa massage. I’m nervous. It seems dumb because I honestly would rather have a baby then walk around naked under a bathrobe for a massage. So here is where some dumb questions come up. What do you wear for a massage? Do you bring a bathing suit for the spa part and then change? Do you shower? Help what’s the procedure? My anxiety is through the roof just because I don’t know what to expect. Thank ladies!
