kind of annoyed

how do you all get your boyfriend/girlfriend to pay attention to you? i’m 2 years older than my bf (he’s 21) and all he wants to do is hang out and talk with his friends. when he’s not playing games, he’s constantly on his phone. i get wanting to talk to your friends, but when someone is laying next to you, you figure that you’d probably interact with them. he’s the one who initiated this relationship (we had been friends since 2015) and we’ve been together for about six months, but i feel like this is an 80/20 thing. i don’t want to come off as needy or clingy, but i’d like to be paid attention to.
