Something feels wrong....31 weeks.

I am laying in bed and all of the sudden I get this really bad cramp like I am about to have diarrhea, I yell for my fiancé to help me up to go to the restroom and nothing happens, another terrible cramp comes, I feel like I am burning up and I am about to cry. It goes away and another one comes.. so I assume maybe it’s BH but they hurt so bad and it’s scaring me so much I can’t possibly tell if I should be worried or not. I have had 4-5 so far and they have been several minutes apart now. They also make me feel as though I am gonna throw up or pass out.

I never ended up having diarrhea, just a regular bowl movement but I had another BH after I finished with that.

Update: I had another bowl movement. Not sure if this caused the excruciating cramps, but if I have another one I’m going to L&D
