I am so lost. Assistance please.

Today I noticed I was really wet down south so I went to the bathroom and sat on the toilet when I looked in my undies I saw a little discharge (no oder and it was white-ish, clear). When I wiped myself there was a whole lot of stretchy clear egg white discharge on the toilet paper. Like it was like my vagina coughed up egg whites. SO and I have been sexually active lately we BD 3 times this week(except last night we took the night off, LOL) he ejaculated inside all 3 times. I noticed I did have slight cramping on my left side and light pink spotting for about a day and a half. I suffer with PCOS and I stopped tracking because I was tired of the disappointment. My question is am I ovulating, about to ovulate, or am I pregnant? Please help me.
