Stomach pains at 12 weeks please help

I’m 12x2 and I’m having the worst pain I’ve ever felt in my life. Whenever I press on my stomach it feels like a sharp stabbing pain and it’s constant. I can’t eat at all because eating makes it worse and even drinking water makes it hurt. I went to the ER at 3 this morning but I didn’t go to the hospital I go to for my obgyn. I went to one that’s 10 miles away because it’s closer but they don’t do anything with babies there and honestly it sucks there but I couldn’t go an hour away at 3 am I felt so bad for my fiancé and I know I should’ve just went but I’ve called and talked to them and told them what happened. At the hospital this morning they used a Doppler to hear the heartbeat because they don’t have ultrasounds there. They didn’t hear a heartbeat but they told me not to freak out because I’m 12 weeks and sometimes it’s hard to find on a Doppler.

My stomach hurts soo bad. I can’t do anything even laying down just hurts. I talked to my cousin since she’s had 3 babies and she told me it’s normal. She sent me a picture from google that I’ll put here. I know around this time my uterus is expanding and stretching like my cousin said. Am I just being a huge baby? I can’t go back to the er because I know as my pregnancy advances that I will need to go. I’m on Medicaid and they only cover like 3 emergency room visits and I had to use one.

CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME this is my first and hopefully last pregnancy I’m a small person and it just hurts so much. Please tell me I’m not the only one who feels this.
