If its a one off, a meal or just a good time
If its a daily thing or at least regular, calculate the actual gass cost for the trip. That depends a lot on your area
Figure out how many liters it cost you and calculate the cost for that. 
I guess it would cost around 15 where I used to live. Where I live now easily double that. Its exspensive here. 
If its a good friend and i have the time I wouldnt charge for the time. That would feel wrong. But if its just someone you know, go ahead stick minimum wage for 1 hour on there as well.
