What happened at your 7-8 weeks appointment?

My first appointment is October 1st. I just want to know what to expect.

I had bloodwork and a history. The PA said my first scan wasn't until 20 weeks, but my OB called a couple days later to tell me she was mistaken and come in for a quick viability scan. He was able to do an abdominal ultrasound, but I'm very thin and was 8w3d by then.
