Has anyone nannied a baby in their home with their own?

I live in Chicago. Has anyone taken care of someone else’s baby in their own home along with their own? How much did you charge?

right now I watch my son (14 months) and a little girl almost 5. I'll watch them at my house/their house. we take her to dance class ect. 
I live in NH. and the family and I just came to an agreement of 14 an hour because the hours switch every week and it's part time. 
before her I worked at another clients home for about 16-20 hours a week twin boys and my son. (started with them a week before I knew I was pregnant) for $250 and $15 an hour if I had to work over time. 
look up the prices around you and work with your client based on what you have to do for them, your experience/schooling ect.

I go to my friend's house and watch her 6month old. I get $35/day which is practically nothing. I do it to help her out and for something to do. I also do kitchen cleaning and vaccum daily. If it weren't a friend I could easily charge $75/day if not more since I do housekeeping as well. 
Look into prices for a local daycare and go off that. A full time infant spot for a daycare in my area is around $900-$1,200 per month. The next town over (like half the size) is $500-$700 per month.
