Diva Cup?

Question

does anyone here use the diva cup? i was thinking about trying it but i honestly have no idea how it works. i know you either put it in U-Fold or the Push Fold, but how long can you keep it in daily, and do you have to take it out when using the restroom? 🤔
oh and another thing, how do you know what size to get?

I just got one for the first time last month.
I’m still getting used to it, but so far I really like it!
I’d suggest wearing a pant liner or light pad the first few times you use it. Getting it in right is a little tricky and it can leak if it’s not in just right.

Been using one for a little over a year and I’m never going back to tampons or pads! You get the hang of it after your first couple of periods so just remember to relax and that it’s okay if you don’t get it on the first (or second or even third) try. A lot of people will practice putting it in in the shower so that might help!
