Need some advice

Hi there ladies, I’m 37+3 but the belly measuring 38. Sunday I had strong contractions in the morning, maybe like 4 in the span of 20 minutes. I went out walked for about 3 hours and went away. Then when I got home I had multiple can barely stand contractions for about an hour. Went away the next day. Went back to light cramping. I didn’t think anything of it. Last night which was Monday my husband and I had sex, a bit painful, woke up to this today. Should I call my Emergencie line or is this normal?
