Weird Discharge

So I have an appointment on Saturday morning to see my gynecologist, but this is worrying me more and more each time. I recently got back with my ex and we had sex. It was not my first time and everything was fine the day of. But about 2 days later i noticed that I had an increase in discharge. Like I have never had this amount of discharge. It wouldn’t be on my panties but when I would wipe. It would also hurt when I wiped and i look at my vagina and my lips are just red as if they were irritated. the discharge doesn’t have a bad smell and i’m not cramping or anything. I am supposed to be ovulating right now but I still don’t think this is normal. I don’t know if it’s okay that I am waiting until Saturday? I have never had this happen to me. I don’t know what to think at this point. Was he with someone else while we were broken up and he gave me something? I then looked up Vaningitis or something like that and I feel like it would be that but I am still really worried.

ps: there are no blisters and it does not itch
