Grandparent boundaries

Our daughter is 16 months old and my parents are our primary babysitters since they live close and my mom has a flexible work schedule. My husband and I have a few issues with her care in that they allow her to eat candy and graze all day and my mom is constantly playing what my husband considers inappropriate music videos (think hip hop/pop booty shaking videos). I agree with my husband in that I’d rather her not be exposed to so much candy and the inappropriate music videos and have gently tried to talk to them about it, but they don’t see any harm with the music because she can’t understand the lyrics and say it’s a grandparents job to spoil their grandchildren. My grandparents spoiled my brothers and I in very much the same way, but my husband really has a problem with it and it’s causing him to not want them to care for her. Where do you draw the line on spoiled vs not respecting our wishes?
