i had sex with my bf a few minutes ago , and we haven’t had sex for months i’m 38w6d and when i went to use the restroom after i had some light pink discharge , a little crampy and my vagina feels kinda sore and i’ve had no bleeding my whole pregnancy .. so i’m kind of worried should i call L&D or its normal to bleed after sex ? i don’t want to go into labor until my baby is ready !! i really don’t want to induce my labor ..

If you go into labor after sex, that mean your baby and body are ready. :) It won’t make you go into labor unless it’s time. Don’t worry. ♥️ slight blood at this point can be very normal because you will possibly lose your mucus plug and have a “bloody show” before labor. What you’re feeling all sounds normal. :)

The only way to induce labor without risky behavior is by medical intervention. Walking, having sex, bouncing on a ball, and all that other stuff will not induce labor.

Having sex put me into labor with my first!!!  It sound like you might be starting!! I wouldn't go in untill you have contractions or the bleeding gets worse!!

I’ve only heard that he has to finish inside because there’s something with the sperm that’s supposed to help soften your cervix 🤷🏼‍♀️ but I dont know how true it is. With one kid it didn’t work,  the second kid it did sorta, had contractions for 3 hours, they stopped completely for 3 hours then came back and had her 4 hrs later. Both were 39+5 days. I think it’s more coincidence than anything else.
