Help! Dog jumped on my belly?

So I'm 21w and 4d and my friends pit (not saying anything about the breed, I love pits just trying to give a size referance) just jumped and stepped on my belly kinda hard. he was trying to jump off the couch. do you think he hurt my baby? Should I go to the Dr? What are signs that something is wrong? Sorry I'm just a worried ftm.

Your baby is well protected in there. You will be in pain and trouble before any harm reaches to your baby. If you are fine and not experiencing any discomfort or pain or anything out of usual, there is no reason to worry
