Single for a long time

Let me start by saying I’m 21. I have been in 2 serious relationships, and both ended with a really hard heard break that i didn’t get over for several months. Sine then i have became at peace with myself and learned to love myself and enjoy being alone and independent, but, I have now been single for the past 2 years and I’m starting to get lonely. I just want to talk to someone here and there and have someone be passionate about me as a person. I just want to look at a guy in awe doing even the simplest things. Im ready to meet that next special someone, but I just don’t know how. I only hang out with a certain group of friends pretty much all the time and i don’t ever go anywhere in public. I don’t know how to catch someones eye and I also don’t know how to tell if i have caught someones eye and I don’t even remember how to flirt. Help me, Im getting so lonely! I just want my own romance story like all you ladies on here!
