Help confused

Right ladies I'm confused to F***

Had a miscarriage nearly 6weeks ago

I had my bloods done it was at 65 and then Mondays level was 57 doctor wanted to leave me for a week and go back tomorrow for more bloods to check the level so i decided to take a opk test to see what it looked like and decided to take a pregnancy test aswell to see if the hormone has lowered and these are the results, the opk look positive to use and then took clearblue digital and I'm hell of alot confused on my glow app it says the opk test is positive on baffled 🤔🤔

opk test was taken in the time frame I'm so confused right now!!!!
