How much pay for babysitter

I asked my niece if she would want to take care of my 2 year old for the summer. She hasn’t been able to find a summer job and I’m desperate for some time to work (I work from home) and clean my house, before my daughter starts preschool in August. My niece is super excited, now I’m trying to figure out what to pay her.

It’s 4 days a week, 3 hours a day, and I want her to play with her at my home, and take her to the library for story time/park/mygym (all within 2 miles or less). She will be using her car and I don’t want to pay gas money separately, and of course I’ll provide food etc. My niece has some babysitting experience, but no certifications, and is 16 years old.

I was thinking $110 a week, does this sound fair? Too much? Too cheap?

Update: she came today for her first day and when I told her what I had in mind regarding pay she was over the moon, she expected much less. So we’re all happy, and the first day went great!
