1cm dilated

Just came back from my doctors office because I was having A ton mucus like discharge and white specks in my urine. He looked inside my vagina for like 2 seconds before he said “discharge looks normal but let’s keep an eye on it” and walked out of the room shortly after. I came home and I was disappointed that he didn’t elaborate further or look and check things out for just a few seconds longer. I have checked my cervix in the past before getting pregnant, I know they say to not check it but I just knew something was different by how I’ve been feeling. I trimmed my nails and throughly washed my hands before I checked it myself. I can (or could have but I didn’t) easily fit my finger inside my very soft super mushy low and front facing cervix . With aches and pains and constant pressure. My doctor brushes me off and says it’s my ligament pain or something. anyways. With the mucus like discharge and sharrrrp pains down in my cervix area, i have been concerned.

Has anyone else had this?

Oh and I should add, I have a history of preterm birth. My water broke with my first at 36 weeks. So that might be why I’m more paranoid this go around lol.
