How did/does your little one nurse per feeding?

So my baby ALWAYS has to nurse on both sides per feeding and I know that’s not necessarily bad but I get so jealous of mom’s that only need one side per feeding. My nipples are twice abused and it makes feeding in public awkward because I have to put the first side away before starting him on the second and in that time he has a fit because he isn’t done eating. Just curious how common my struggle is 😅

I’ve been using one side at a time for 13 months now. Your boobs don’t look uneven like the other commenter mentioned. Your body adjusts to baby’s eating habits. The only time I can remotely tell a difference is for maybe 5-10 minutes right after she ate. 
Sometimes I got jealous of women who used both because it’s hard to remember which side I need to use by the time she eats again and if I use the wrong one I have to go at least another 4-5 hours before she wants more and I end up really engorged.

I have never remotely thought of feeding both sides as a struggle. I have two boobs. He eats from both. It would be weird to only do one.
