Want to loose weight but lacking motivation
Hello Everyone,
A few years a go I lost 55lbs, I was feeling a lot better about myself but now I have gained it all back again. I am a super busy mom, wife, student, caregiver and I seemed to loose myself since I take care of everyone else. I consciously know that I need to loose weight but I cannot act on it or motivate myself to get started. I know its not an excuse but By the time I get home I am tired and I still have more duties at home even with my husband helping. Can you girls give me some tips in motivating myself. I would greatly appreciate it
