When did you pack your hospital bag?

Please list specifically if you would like to. Trying to decide when to pack mine. Oh, when did you put the carseat in your car?

I packed our hospital bag at 33 weeks, but it was because I had started having issues with my blood pressure and was nesting too. Ended up getting an emergency C-section 2 and a half weeks later. Glad I had already packed everything.

Funny story: my husband asked me if I had packed my hospital bag. I said not yet. I was 10 days from my due date. I went to the dr for my weekly appt and she said I wasn’t dilated or anything so I was good to go two hours away for a wedding I was in. I was walking down the isle in the wedding and my water broke.... on the drive to the hospital, my husband says “good thing you packed your hospital bag.” Hahaha I got admitted and labor was slow so I gave him a list and he went home and packed it for me :) long story short, you can never pack it too early ;) good luck!

First time I packed early this time I didn’t pack til about 35 weeks. Car seat we just installed last week I was 37 weeks then. As for my bag I kept it simple I over packed the last time and had way too much

I’m 38 and 4 days and I don’t have anything packed. If my ecv is successful tomorrow I’ll be having a home birth though. We just put the car seat in at 38 weeks

I’m doing it today at 34 weeks, making a day of it and going shopping for new bits and bobs. I’m mainly doing it early because I’m scared of what my husband would bring me if I had to in quickly. I would be walking around it a sexy number with fluffy slippers 🤦🏻‍♀️.

I’ll have mine packed at 35 weeks because I’m being induced early at 37 weeks. My first came at 36 weeks so I’m packing early just in case lol
