What to do??

The other night my boyfriend and I were having some disagreements. He got upset and destroyed our room. While he was throwing things around something hit me well this left a bruise on me. I told him about it and all.he said was "my bad". What should I do? I'm only 17 and never have been through this type of thing and I'm kinda scared. He's 20 and much bigger than I am too
