In Pain 😢 what is it!?

I have had a uti for a few weeks now and it’s been treated with antibiotics. My urine sample is normal but I’m still feeling so unwell. I have a dull ache in my lower right abdomen, feel sicky at times, fatigue, headaches and bit of a cold. I still need to pee frequently too. My doc said to give my body time to heal from the uti but I am worried it may be something else? I even considered eptopic pregnancy as my period was so light, a pregnancy test said negative. Awaiting a general blood test to come back but feeling really down now 😢 anyone else had this? X
