Period 20 days late?

I'm normally irregular but only by maybe a week at most. For the passed few months I've been fairly regular and now I'm 20 days passed my assumed period start date. I've taken a few pregnancy tests and they all came back negative. I also just found out I have a minor yeast infection, which I know is normal but the only other time I've had them was when I was pregnant both times. I'm having other symptoms but I know it could be anything. Has anyone experienced this? My doctor said I could be pregnant and to test in another couple of weeks 😬
